From the moment you walk through our doors, you’ll find friendly faces ready to show you the way! Your first stop when you arrive with your kids will be the Kids' Building lobby for check-in. Infant to walker nursery is in the Worship Center. We'll make sure we know what your child likes to be called, ask about allergies, and collect your contact information. Nursery care, Pre-School classes, and K-5th classes are available during 8:30 and 10:00 AM services.

Our nursery provides a safe, clean, and nurturing environment for our little ones. The nursery is conveniently located in the Worship Center, so you are never far from your child. The nursery is available for infants thru walkers.

Our "Mother's Quiet Room" is a secluded, secure room with rocking chairs and changing tables for your convenience, located directly behind and attached to the nursery.

At Ankeny Free, we want you to know that your children are highly valued by God and by us. Every Sunday, toddlers through pre-school aged children experience safe, age-appropriate environments where the Bible is taught in a creative and relevant way. We have fun! We do crafts, listen to Bible stories, and sing songs that help us learn more about God's amazing love through the gift of His Son, Jesus.

The elementary kids meet in classrooms upstairs in the Kids' Building and use the gym for activities as well.  We teach engaging Bible lessons, have interactive discussions, and do fun, age-appropriate activities.  We love to get to know your kids and help them get to know each other as we learn about God’s Word and His loving plan for us!
