Sunday, 11/6 – Enjoying Fellowship

Chili Cook-Off & Student Center Reveal! Join us at Ankeny Free Church on Sunday from 4-6:30 PM for our Chili Cook Off & Student Center Reveal. Register at ankenyevents.church. If you would like to enter your chili in the cook-off, be sure to e-mail Matthew with your name and the name of your chili.

Monday, 11/7 – Seeking the Lord

All Church Prayer Gathering from 9-10AM & 6-7PM. This will be a time where we seek the Lord of the Harvest (Matthew 9:38). *Childcare provided for evening prayer time only.

Tuesday, 11/8 – Serving Locally

Take some time to serve in your community or neighborhood. Ideas include: collect coats for the Ankeny coat drive, help a neighbor clean their yard, or give to a local food pantry. And don’t forget to vote.

Wednesday, 11/9 – Serving Globally

Shoe Box Night for Operation Christmas Child from 7-7:30PM in the Worship Center Auditorium. This will follow our normal AWANA and Ankeny Free Students (6-7PM). Parents, families, and our church family are invited!

Thursday, 11/10 – Helping Families

Take some time to focus on helping families – whether it is yours or a family in need. Ideas include: make a special effort to reach out to relatives, have an extended family devotional, or participate in the Ruth Harbor Banquet.

Friday, 11/11 – Connecting With Others

Use this day to connect with other people. As we celebrate Veteran’s Day, many will have some extra time off. Take advantage of this opportunity to start or strengthen relationships. If you’re in Middle School, this is Surge Night!

Saturday, 11/12 – Serving the Needy

Look for ways to help those who have urgent needs. One idea is to serve with Joppa on their Saturday workday.

Sunday, 11/13 – Giving to the Mission

Give to the Ankeny Free Harvest project! This gift is above your normal giving. This year we will be helping hurting friends in Africa, refreshing the exterior of the Student Center Building, and beginning a "starter fund" for future building projects.
